REIKI TRAINING
LEVELS I, II, MASTER & KARUNA MASTER
"LEARNING" REIKI
Anyone can "learn" to channel Reiki. This powerful healing energy is passed on through the "Placement" of Reiki in different levels of Reiki training (I, II, Master and Karuna Master). With each level, you channel stronger versions of the energy and receive additional tools for directing the energy to particular intentions, healing groups and at a distance, and also passing on the energy as teachers after the Master level..
The training can take place online or offline. In Reiki I you receive the first "Reiki Placement" which allows you to give in-person treatments to yourself and others. With Reiki II you are introduced to symbols which help you strengthen the energy, direct it to particular causes and send it at a distance. After the Master level you can channel Reiki even more powerfully, and are also able to teach others by giving "Placements" and "Ignitions". You also learn a powerful method of group reiki healing.
I teach as part of the Usui Reiki tradition, in a lineage called "Holy Fire Reiki". It is the "latest version" of Reiki taught by the International Centre for Reiki Training (ICRT), and my classes follow their guidelines and handbooks. I was trained by, and am therefore in direct lineage to, William Lee Rand, founder and president of ICRT.

REIKI I
In Reiki l you receive a "Placement" of the Reiki energy, allowing you to channel it and pass it along to others. You will learn about:
the history of Reiki
how to connect with and pass on Reiki
how to give Reiki and conduct a healing session for others
how to give a self-healing session
hand positions for different intentions
how to use your intuition and others senses when treating with Reiki
additional methods for passing on Reiki (beyond the hands)
what common experiences receiving Reiki are
what the effects can be and which causes Reiki can be used for
the human energy system, chakras and the aura
Reiki ethics
the 5 Reiki "principles"
the Reiki lineage you are taught from.
You also receive a Reiki healing experience from the teacher and have the opportunity to receive and give Reiki through your hands with other participants.
At the end of the training you will receive a certificate and be able to treat yourself and others safely and effectively. You will also be eligible for the Reiki II training at any time.
Reiki I can be taught and practised online and in person.
It is usually taught in one day over the course of 4-5 hours, depending on group size.

REIKI II
In Reiki lI you receive the "Placement" of three Reiki symbols that allow you to channel Reiki more powerfully, directed to specific issues, and to send it across time and space. Specifically you will learn:
how to draw and use the new Reiki symbols in your healing practice
the history and meaning of these Reiki symbols
how to strengthen the flow of Reiki energy
how to send Reiki at a distance to anyone and anything, anywhere
how to send Reiki across time to past events (known or unknown), past lives and also future events or developments
how to cleanse space, objects and beings using Reiki energy
how to positively energise space, objects and beings using Reiki
how to protect and "seal" energy using Reiki
how to cut chords and energy attached to objects
how to direct Reiki for causes such as mental/emotional issues, addictions, to work with the subconscious etc.
how to use Reiki in manifestation and with affirmations
how to build a Reiki business
working on your money mindset using Reiki
how to prepare, structure and give a professional Reiki healing session
At the end of the training you will receive a certificate and be able to treat yourself and others safely and effectively using a stronger flow of Reiki and at a distance.
You will be eligible for the Reiki Master training 6 months after completing your Reiki II.
Reiki II can be taught and practised online or in person.
It is usually taught in two days of 4 or 5 hours each, depending on the group size. It can be taken directly after a Reiki I course, i.e. Reiki I and II can be taken together over 3 days or 2 weekends.

REIKI MASTER
In the Reiki Master course you will learn the Usui Reiki Master symbol, as well as the Holy Fire symbol, which strengthen the energy you channel. You will also receive a Placement that enables you to teach others and conduct Placements (formerly known as "attunements"), Ignitions (the Placement for the Holy Fire Reiki energy) and Experiences (group Reiki sessions) yourself.
You will not only learn to channel higher vibrational and more healing energy through the Placements and Ignitions, but also experience deep healing yourself through them and because we will conduct several different kinds of Reiki healing Experiences together. You will also learn different meditations or practices that help you connect more and more with the energy and the symbols.

the history of Reiki and how Holy Fire III came to be
how to remove spirit attachments from people and living beings
receiving various different group Holy Fire Experieces, and learning how to lead a group Reiki Experience
receiving the Placements for the Reiki Master practitioner and teacher, as well as Ignitions for the Holy Fire Reiki energy; and learning how to provide Placements and Ignitions to others
support on how to build your own Reiki healing and teaching practice, and tips for teaching Reiki courses yourself both online and in person
how to use Reiki with crystals and other methods to send Reiki continuously and repeatedly to yourself and others
how to use the World Peace Reiki grid and how to use crystals with it
how to develop your own connection to Reiki, and how to develop it in your own way
what it means to be a Reiki Master, Reiki ethics and Reiki on your spiritual path
At the end of the training you will receive the Holy Fire Reiki Master certificate and will be qualified to teach and provide Holy Fire III Placements and Ignitions to others. You will also be eligible to continue with the Reiki Karuna Master course at any time you feel called to do so.
The Reiki Master can be taught and practised online and in person.
It is usually taught over the course of three days, depending on the group size. It can be taken six months after completing your Reiki II course.

KARUNA REIKI MASTER
This training introduces a higher vibrational system of Reiki energy that works powerfully with emotional healing, shadow integration, and spiritual evolution. “Karuna” means compassionate action, and across the training, you’ll both receive and give powerful healing. You will learn 8 new Karuna Reiki symbols and learn where and how to use them for more powerful effects and solutions with Reiki energy.
Course content:
Introduction to Karuna Reiki®, its meaning and use in healing work
Overview of the Karuna Reiki® symbols, their meaning and background, and their uses
Placements for the eight Karuna Reiki® symbols
Learning chanting and toning with symbols and mantras, intuitively and with suggested texts
Practices to help you connect to the symbols more deeply
Practive giving and receiving Karuna Reiki
As part of the training you will receive deep healing yourself. You will be provided with the ICRT's official Karuna Reiki handbook, and receive your certificate as a Karuna Reiki Master upon completion.
The Karuna Reiki Master can be taught and practised online and in person.
It is usually taught over the course of three days, depending on the group size. It can be taken six months after completing your Reiki II course.

ABOUT ME
I am a trained Reiki Master, in direct lineage to William Lee Rand, founder of the International Center for Reiki Training. I was trained in Holy Fire III, the latest "version" of Reiki channelled by William.
I completed my Levels 1 & 2 with Nanda, the elder at GN Meditation Center, in Pokhara, Nepal. I completed my Reiki Master course at the summer solstice in Glastonbury, taught by William Lee Rand. My Karuna Master was taught by Zoë Martlew of ZReiki. She has since stopped teaching and I credit her with encouraging and supporting me in my own teaching.
