FACIAL OIL MASSAGE

• Using organic extra virgin coconut oil to cleanse and nourish the skin - even suitable for oily skin types

• Using lymphatic drainage techniques to lift, depuff and sculpt the face

• Applying face reflexology points to stimulate organs throughout the body and to support rebalancing, healing and detoxing in the body

• Leave feeling and looking refreshed, relaxed and awake

FOOT REFLEXOLOGY

• Applying pressure on reflexology points and energy lines from Thai massage to stimulate the organs throughout the body, helping promote internal rebalancing, healing and detoxification

• Optional focus on particular body parts, functions or organs you would like to support with reflexology

• Relaxing and invigorating for feet and legs

• Helps release tension throughout the body

THAI OIL MASSAGE

• Using aroma therapy oil to support relaxation of the body

• Applying pressure along Thai "sen" energy lines and pressure points to help restore balance in the body, activate or stimulate organs and release tension

• Supports detoxification and mental relaxation

• Can be full-body or targeting certain areas

LYMPHATIC DRAINAGE

• Deep, targeted massage for lymphatic drainage, to help the body eliminate waste and toxins through the lymph

• Results in visible slimming, depuffing and reduction of water weight

• Simultaneously deeply relaxing and destressing

• Can be full-body or targeting particular areas

MY TRAINING

I trained in Thailand across three schools - the Old Medicine Hospital (the original source of Northern Thai massage), TMC (Thai Massage School of Chiang Mai, the first to receive Royal Award as the best vocational school, and the first in Thailand to be recognised by various foreign certifications boards in USA, Canada and Australia) and TTC Spa School whose thorough and practical teaching style I enjoyed - in 2018, 2023-2024 and 2026.
