RECOMMENDATIONS
RELAX THE EYES
Facial massage and massage of the neck and shoulder areas can help relax the muscles around the eyes. As eyesight issues are usually associated to strain, relaxation of the surrounding muscles is key for clear and comfortable natural vision.
You can easily do this yourself as part of a morning and evening routine when you apply facial cream, oils or even cleanser. Massage your face and the area around the eyes and forehead using your fingertips in sensitive areas, and your knuckles in areas that enjoy more pressure.
REFLEXOLOGY & TRIGGER POINTS
You can also massage other areas of your body that are energetically connected to your eyes.
In reflexology, the area between your big and second toe as well as between the second and third toe is associated with the eyes. Massaging there stimulates, energises and relaxes the eyes, supporting self-healing.
In Thai massage, the points one thumb breadth to the left and to the right of your navel are associated with the eyes. Pressing these for 5 seconds at at a time stimulates clearer vision and more relaxed eyes and sight.
MASSAGE

There are some great books about healing eyesight which simultaneously teach a lot about consciousness and healing the whole body - and indeed one's "life issues". My recent favourite is Improve Your Vision by Martin Brofman (German: Eine Neue Art Zu Sehen). I can also recommend Martin Brofman's book about healing in general following the "body mirror system", Anything Can Be Healed (German: Das Körper-Spiegel-System).
Aldous Huxley - known from the books Brave New World or The Doors of Perception - also wrote a book about improving eyesight using the Bates Method: The Art of Seeing (German: Die Kunst des Sehens).
