FITNESS CLASSES

Sessions can be in English or German. They are, of-course, fully adjusted to your goals, needs, experience and current condition.

My classes focus on using your body weight in both strength-building and some cardio exercises, so equipment is not necessary; although I am happy to incorporate what you have and want to use. In addition to building strength and endurance, the variety of exercises ensures you also build and expand range of motion, and challenge different parts of your body in a balanced way.

The integration of my yoga and massage experience can help if you have any particular physical concerns, limitations or pains.
