Ideally:

remove jewellery, especially that is not made of gold, silver or copper
wear comfortable, loose clothing
perhaps find a quiet spot to receive the reiki, prepare a blanket and choose a playlist (optionally)

Drink a lot of water. Just like many other healing modalities, you may be detoxing after Reiki and drinking water helps with that
Ground yourself. Perhaps place your bare feet on the earth, if you have an opportunity to do so; you may also wish to take a shower to bring yourself back
Take it easy. Leave some time between the Reiki session and your next appointments and if possible have a calm day to allow yourself to integrate anything that may have come up in the session

Reiki works no matter what you are doing during the session. However, you may wish to consciously experience it. To do so I recommend:

finding a quiet space where you will be undisturbed for the duration of the Reiki session
finding a comfortable posture, e.g. lying down or sitting comfortably, perhaps covering yourself with a blanket
relaxing. To help you do this, I will send you playlist suggestions. You can also use your own or no music.

Some people will feel energised, alert and relaxed after a Reiki session. Others may feel sleepy

First-time clients: €25 for 1 hour of Reiki plus an intro conversation and optional conversation anytime after the treatment to integrate.

Return clients:

€80 for 1 hour of Reiki plus an intro conversation and optional conversation anytime after the treatment to integrate.
€210 for a set of 3 hours of Reiki plus an intro conversation before each treatment, as well as an optional conversation anytime after each session to integrate. (Equivalent to €70 per hour of Reiki)
€360 for a set of 6 hours of Reiki plus an intro conversation before each treatment, as well as an optional conversation anytime after each session to integrate. (Equivalent to €60 per hour of Reiki)
€500 for a set of 10 hours of Reiki plus an intro conversation before each treatment, as well as an optional conversation anytime after each session to integrate. (Equivalent to €50 per hour of Reiki)

Once a year you can have a free Reiki session with me to celebrate another year of your life.

The Reiki session doesn't have to take place exactly on your birthday itself.

You can also gift the complimentary Reiki session to someone you care about for their birthday.
